Before harnessing his talent for baking, Graeme was running a tyre service in Morrabin. Looking to change business direction, he found an opportunity in Carnegie and opened Bakers Delight franchise. ‘I could tell when I came to the area that Carnegie Main Street was set to flourish and I was certainly correct’ says Graeme. Since opening, Graeme has won the Glen Eira shop of the year and has finished runner up as Victorian franchise of the year. With the help of his daughter and sales manager, Pip, the bakery has landed as one of the top bakeries in the Bakers Delight network.
